Welcome to my portfolio. This is a page that I hope to keep updating as my skills and my portfolio increase. At the moment the portfolio mainly contains examples of website that I have designed and built but there are also examples of my graphical and animation projects.

This is the first commercially developed website in my portfolio, built in conjunction with AFM Web Design. I was looking for either a job or unpaid work experience and the guys at AFM, although they had a full staff wanted to do a project with me.

At the same time AFM Web Design were approached by a talented young actress called April Kelley who wanted a website to help her finance her college tuition but had limited funds. This was the chance April and I were looking for and worked out great for both of us.

The result is Aprils very eye catching website. Almost every part of the site is my own work from the basic layout to the graphics; the only bits that aren't are the content management system that was put in place to keep maintenance costs low and both the donations and contact forms.

This page will show you some of the animations that I have created. There is not a massive selection of these at the moment but this is an area that interests me so I hope to develope my animation skills and update this page as I progress.

This page will show you three wire frame designs that I created for a mock client as part of one of my college units. Each design is is very basic but does contain mock content. Next to each wire frame design you will also find an explination of the layouts I've used. I hope to recreate the layouts as fully developed layouts using CSS in the near future.

This page will show you the finished HRC (Hertford Regional College) navigation system that I was asked to create as part of my college course. Along with the finished article you will all see my original design ideas for how I wanted the navigation system to look. I also have the HRC Banner Ad I was asked to create in conjunction with the navigation system.

The links on this page change the stylesheet that is linked to it and therefore change the pages appearence. I decided that by producing this page I can demonstrate my CSS abilities and understanding. As you can tell the content remains the same with the exception of some divisions which have been set so as not to display.

This is a website that I have built as if I was running my own web design company. My main intention with this site was to create something visually attractive whilst maintaining a professional appearence, something I feel is very important when a website is often a companys first contact point.

This website is a demonstration of my flash skills and is the first attempt of making a flash website. It doesn't have any real data input but was enough for me to demonstrate and work out how a flash website would work and display. I can now adapt the skills and functionality of this website for use in future websites.

This is the website that I'm currently working on. This is my first major project where I've used PHP and SQL. I've used PHP MyAdmin to create and edit my database tables, which store information about the items, item pictures and shopping cart information. The navigation on the left hand side of the screen is also populated from the database.

This is a website that I have built for my own personal interest. It's about one of my VW Beetles that is in need of total restoration from the ground up. This site uses an SQL database and PHP to produce my image gallery. This website is also controlled by a Cascading Style Sheet.
